The boat dock is in a protected channel that connects to Mille Lacs Lake (Previous guests have caught bass off the boat dock), 74ft viewing dock with a sitting area (seasonal). The beach leads into a shallow swimming area, perfect for families to soak up the sun and create summer memories. You will also have a charcoal grill, fire pit, hammock chair (seasonal), and fish cleaning table. The beach and docks are shared amenities with our other listing next door. Indoor space: 1,280 square feet, 3-season porch with a wicker couch and dining area, three quarter bath, dining table, a wood burning fireplace, 2 Smart TVs with Roku, and board games/books. Kitchen: Dishwasher & detergent, fridge, oven with electric stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishware and kids dinnerware, flatware, and reverse osmosis tap (filtered water). General: Free WiFi, central heating and A/C, ceiling and portable fans, washer/dryer & detergent, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and paper products. Note: One actively recording exterior security camera on the garage overlooking the driveway and front door, which records video and audio. Stairs are required for access. Parking: 2-3 cars/trailer max can park in the driveway directly in front of the garage. One car/trailer can park on the grass by the 3-season porch.
