Cute Historic 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Home located in Downtown St. Charles, Missouri. Fully stocked home from the kitchen to the bedrooms, ensures a cozy stay every day. Guest access This house comfortably sleeps 7 plus 2 on the pull-out couch but can rented with the property next door for a total of 16 if needed. This includes Marijuana, Vape, Cigarettes and Cigars. Please be mindful of smoking outside and the smell carrying into the house. There is a $500 fee for smoking inside. Please dispose of all debris from smoking. ** Absolutely NO Parties; this includes small gatherings. Our properties are permitted through the city and have a maximum occupancy per the city's commercial occupancy code. If you break the NO party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit all of the money you have spent, even if it’s in the middle of your stay. Suspected parties or multiple non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by the owner. Neighborhood & city quiet hours are 9:00p - 8:00a. *****Occupancy limits are at all times of day and night, not just guests sleeping at the property. This house is 9 guests at all times.***** Please report any damage you may or may not have caused to the property. We check the property thoroughly prior to your arrival. ** This is NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME. We reserve houses for guests with allergies or other needs for a pet free home. If you find a game that does not have all the pieces, please let us know promptly so we can order a new set. ** Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 10:00 a.m. ** Early Check Ins / Late Check Outs ARE NOT GUARANTEED. We do not have a lock for either. No lifeguard on duty. The guest booking and any other guests shall use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. Guest shall not permit use of pool or hot tub by any unsupervised children at any time. Guest understands that there are certain inherent risks to person and property located near water (pool, hot tub, lake, stream, pond and any other body of water), including the possibility of drowning. Guest acknowledges that the owner would not rent the property unless the guest accepted this condition. ** Due to the age of construction of this home, a few things to note for those with ambulatory issues; parking is on the street, there are some stairs that lead up from the street to the house, and the set of stairs leading up to the bedrooms is steeper than modern day built homes.
