The space Located at Weirs Beach steps from the boardwalk, restaurants , minutes away from skiing at Gunstock Mtn Resort, Church Landing, Meredith Town Docks, Harts Turkey Farm Restaurant, Funspot and more. Guest access Home, patio, dock, beach parking for up to 3 cars . Dock available for up to one 23’ boat. Kayaks and paddle boards available upon request with liability waver signed by guest prior to use . Other things to note Must be 30 years of age to rent our home. No parties or large gatherings allowed. No more than 6 guest at any given time. NO SMOKING in the home, on the patio and or dock. No Animals. One boat slip available up to 23'. (note that owners have a pontoon boat on opposite side) Kayaks and paddle boards are available upon request and a liability waver must be signed by the renter on behalf of all their guest prior to use. Please read all checkout instructions especially the outline for garbage pick up that will be left on the kitchen counter. No more than 3 vehicles.
