The property is beautifully presented and decorated with original artwork by the owner and her family. Ground Floor: Open-plan living accommodation: Living Room: with two comfortable armchairs, large Smart TV, directional reading lamp; small dining table and two chairs. Kitchen: compact but well fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven with extractor hood, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine. First Floor: the stairs lead directly up from the living room into the bedroom: Bedroom: with king size bed; due to the sloping ceilings there is some limited headroom. Bathroom: en suite with a bath, hand shower attachment, WC and basin in vanity unit. Outside: There is an adorable love seat to the front of the property where you can enjoy a glass of something special, or a morning tea, whilst enjoying the stunning views that this property offers. There is also a tiny enclosed area outside the back door to let a dog out if necessary. Excellent local walking nearby. Parking for one car is available alongside the property. This is a small property with limited outdoor space, not really suitable for a large dog; one small-medium dog welcome.
