DECAFFEINATED COFFEE AND TEA ARE PROVIDED. BATHROOMS All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. CLEANING: › Our property is professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. › Washer and dryer (detergent is not provided) GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide two garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house, we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. PARKING: There are plenty of parking On and Off premises. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service and Pool cleaning comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. PETS: Pets are not allowed. HOSPITALITY SERVICES: Exotic cars can be arranged for rentals.
