Whether you're lounging on the futon sofa and watching a show on the TV or using the free WiFi, enjoy having all the conveniences of home. Grill up your favorite BBQ eats on the shared charcoal grills outside, and indulge in a meal. Have a refreshing glass of lemonade at the kitchen counter, and whip up snacks quickly in the kitchenette. When you're ready to lounge in the sun, head out to the shared pool area - there are plenty of loungers in the sun and shade for a relaxing day outdoors. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. The pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day, 9 a.m.-9 p.m., weather permitting. No RVs or trailers of any kind are allowed on this property. Electric car charging is also prohibited. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guest access Check-in is at 4pm. The entry door uses an electronic deadbolt with a 10-digit code. To unlock: Enter your code. The Schlage button will flash green. Wait 3 seconds until the locking mechanism fully disengages, then rotate the deadbolt away from the doorframe to complete unlocking. To lock: Press the Schlage button and turn the deadbolt toward the doorframe. The lock does not automatically engage. Troubleshooting: If the Schlage light flashes red, press the Schlage button to reset it. It will flash green when ready, and you can try your code again. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the system will lock you out for 30 seconds before you can try again. For emergencies only, there is a backup lockbox on site behind the fence to the left of the building labeled M-6 containing a key to the elock - contact the property for the lockbox code. Check-out time is 10am unless you've purchased a late checkout, which may be available outside peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) by email or text offer only. Other things to note The complex has a shared pool open from 9am to 9pm (weather permitting) during summer months, Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool access is for renters listed on the reservation only - additional guests are not permitted per HOA rules. A shared charcoal grill is available in the common space. Complimentary start-up amenities are provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap - these are intended to get you started, not supply your entire stay. There is no daily housekeeping service during your stay. If you need laundry facilities, several local laundromats are available in the area.
