This home sleeps upto 4 people comfortably with 1 bedroom (Queen mattress topped with memory foam) and a Queen Bed sleeper sofa in the Living room, 1full bath, (2) 4k LED flat screen TV's with free WiFi and streaming access, new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, private fenced in backyard with patio and brick grill. The kitchen has all utensils needed to cook a good home meal. This home is perfect for family trips, conference stays and just a nice getaway lodging in style, convenience and comfort. Either way you will love your stay and it will be all that you need and more from washer/ dryer and blow dryer to towels and wash clothes. Guest who host a party of any type will incur a $100 fee for violation of this rule that will be deducted from the Security Deposit in addition to any damages caused by the guest. Please be aware that the building entry cameras are monitored for the number of guest entering each unit. Violators of the guest policy will be asked to vacate immediately. Failure to comply will result in termination of your booking and forfeiture of your funds. If you do not voluntarily vacate, the police will be called to remove you and your guest from the property. Guest will be charged $40 per half hour for delays in checkout after 11am. There is unlimited street parking out front on a first come basis. There is a 1 hour "Event" parking restriction Only during Orioles/Ravens games. The parking lot out front is privately owned but can be be reserved with the owner for a fee. The address for the parking lot is 510 Scott St. The rear rear parking lot is also privately owned and you will be towed if you park your vehicle there. Registration Details STR-937326
