Attached to the 18th Century Gower farm house 'Berry Hall'. Berry Hall Cottage is just lovely! Refurbished to a very high standard whilst maintaining original features it sleeps four in two double bedrooms (one king size and one double) and two bathrooms. Peaceful rural location surrounded by farmland and only 6 minutes drive to the closest beach. The space There are two bathrooms, a lovely family bathroom with walk in power shower and separate bath and an en suite shower room off the king size bedroom. The downstairs has a lovely open plan living/ kitchen/ dining room, which is beautifully presented and has the original stone fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen, large smart TV and DVD, two very comfortable sofas, dining table to seat four. Outside there is a very private and sheltered patio with table chairs and BBQ, which catches the afternoon sun. There is a further gravelled south facing garden to the front of the cottage leading from the patio with further seating which is ideal for having breakfast outside or just relaxing for the day also perfect for sitting out drinking cold beers or a glass of wine with a meal on warm evenings. Shops & local amenities close by, off road parking for two cars, fully central heated, two well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement subject to small charge. (Sorry no cats or other small furries) Perfect for couples & families needing a relaxing break or an action packed countryside beach holiday. Our charging point is powered by VoltShare and is compatible with all modern electric cars. EV drivers looking to visit us now never need to worry about running out of charge or stopping over at in transit rapid charging points before arrival; no more range anxiety! We are excited to be part of the zero-emission revolution, promoting clean transport and healthier Gower skies. As part of their commitment, VoltShare has also recaptured 2000-3000 kg of CO2 for charging point installed. The charge point is for the exclusive use of our guests. The connection is tethered, type 2, with maximum power output of 7.2kW. Guest access Whole cottage Other things to note Secure bike storage by prior arrangement. For doggy guests there is a Mud Daddy dog wash in each cottage with doggy towels. We do ask that dogs are not left unattended or allowed on the beds.
