Other things to note All guests names and automobiles must be registered with the security guards to gain entry into the community. Propane tanks for firepit are on a first come first serve basis. Tanks can be swapped at the local market. The spa, fireplace and BBQ run on bottled propane and can run dry from time to time. Someone must physically meet the propane driver to have the tank filled. Power outages and water outages are common in Mexico. Master bathroom takes time to get the hot water, so we run the bathtub a few minutes to draw the hot water to the bathroom quicker then switch to the shower. The spa takes 3 steps to heat, must read the directions for proper operation.
