It may not be used as a primary residence or for any other purpose (work, academic, etc.). The reservation will only be confirmed after approval of the documentation proving the vacation nature of the stay. The maximum stay is 88 nights. The apartment is located in a high-demand area. The landlord has the status of LARGE HOLDER, and only bookings for vacation purposes are accepted. In this case, Law 11/2025 of December 29 on measures regarding housing and urban planning does not apply.
