Other things to note Please note: -Building does not have elevator. It is only two floors. -Our units are pet friendly. An extra $225 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included). -The unit does not include a washer or dryer on-site. A coin laundry service is less than two blocks away. -If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we will do our best. - We ask that guests be considerate with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. - Parties are not allowed on the promises. - Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited.
