You'll have full access to the entire 1,350 sqft unit, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony with direct access to the pool and docks. Included with your stay is a boat slip, perfect for fishing enthusiasts. You can also utilize the heated pool, on-site tiki bar, BBQ grills, fish cleaning station, and commercial ice machine. Parking is free and available on-site for one vehicle. The building offers a private elevator and secure keyless entry for your convenience. Additionally, you'll have access to high-speed WiFi. Other things to note Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night, and all guests must be included on the reservation prior to arrival. We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site is guaranteed for one vehicle, which include a golf cart rental. Dockage details: maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted. All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent. Tropical Environment Reminder: Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control, but in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If anything arises during your stay, we will promptly arrange a professional inspection and treatment. Access to the property must be permitted for service.
