Amazing lake views from 2 outdoor spaces! This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a large front balcony and also a rear deck looking out to the lake. The unit has an updated kitchen & 2 baths, a dining area, in unit laundry & a spacious living room with a fireplace & lots of books and games to keep you entertained! Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Starbucks is a short walk down Sheridan. Kayak/paddle board rental available (May 1-Oct 15th), weather permitting. The space The space is a high 1st floor unit with amazing lake views from the front balcony and the rear deck. it’s a fantastic location and the unit was recently renovated and boosts an updated kitchen with upgraded appliances and 2 newly finished bathrooms. The beach, lake and park are only steps away. From May 1 - Oct 15th, we offer the use of paddle boards and kayaks for an additional fee ($35 per hour). Please reserve at booking by sending me a request. We also offer beach chairs, a roiling cooler and there are beach towels in the unit for you to bring to the beach during your stay. Please make sure to shake out all sand prior to bringing you and your items back to the unit. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Loyola is also just a few blocks away, as well as the red line. Offsite Garage parking is available for $25 a night if needed for small to mid sized vehicles (car length max of 190”). Street parking is free; however, parking spots are first come first serve and you will need a daily (M-F only) parking sticker (which I supply) to be filled out and placed on your passenger side windshield. The unit is located in a multifamily building with 5 other long term tenant units. There is 1 very friendly dog (Paris) who lives at the property in the unit across from this unit. Guest access The unit and its 2 private outdoor spaces. The space is approx. 50 footsteps from the beach. It’s lovely to walk the path along the lake and park, especially during the warmer months. There are often various activities going on in the park-movie nights, music, tennis courts. Basketball court, large grassy areas to play your own sports or to just simply sit and enjoy the environment. Also, every spring, artists come out to paint the wall and their art work is displayed for the rest of the year on the concrete steps along the beach. Other things to note In unit Laundry Free street parking; however, it can be hard to find a spot at certain times of the day. We offer an offsite garage spot if needed for $25 per night.
