It is walking distance to the Zoo and Dreher Park. Unlike the Northside of West Palm Beach, South of Southern is a safe neighborhood. While we are close to the Beach and Airport, we recommend using a car to get around. It's a Florida thing! HOUSE RULES: No Local Guests (City or Suburbs) unless approved by the landlord Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am Minimum age of 25 to book Small Pet Fee (Under 20lbs, no shedding) - $100 Large Pet Fee - (Over 20lbs) - $200 and subject to host approval. If the pet sheds, than we will require an additional $150 refundable Security deposit. There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level. Please respect our neighbors and do not get too loud outside quiet hours : Garbage has to be put outside by the parking lot on every Monday and Thursday evenings for city pick up . The large brown wheelie trash cans need to be on the small grass strip by the road for pick up . You will also see the neighbors trash outside also on these evenings ready for pick up .
