We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time. - We have one parking spot on the driveway that accommodates 1 SUV sized vehicle. The garage is not accessible. Please park trucks on street (available free). - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - Pets: 1 dog max ONLY. No cats or other animals. Please keep dogs off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Please do not leave dogs unattended. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute: - Daily / Weekly cleaning / Extra Linen / Linen change - Home Chef services - Baby gear - Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability.
