Booking Requirements • The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. • Third-party bookings are not permitted. • After booking, please provide the full names of all guests who will be staying at the property. Hampton City Ordinances Occupancy Limits The maximum daytime occupancy (7:00 AM–10:00 PM) is limited to twice the number of registered overnight guests. Example: If 5 guests are listed on the reservation, no more than 10 people may be present at the property at any one time. Quiet Hours Please be respectful of our neighbors. Outdoor noise, loud music, and excessive disturbances are not permitted after 9:00 PM. House Rules 1. No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior written approval. 2. Only registered guests are permitted on the property overnight. 3. No pets allowed. 4. No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the front porch. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas in the backyard. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. 5. Shoes must be removed while inside the home. 6. Please respect our neighbors and neighborhood at all times. 7. Do not move furniture between rooms or take indoor furniture outdoors. 8. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. 9. Commercial activities, photo shoots, or filming require prior approval. 10. No illegal activities of any kind are permitted on the property. Parking Private driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. Please do not park on the lawn or block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or mailboxes. Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in begins at the time listed in your reservation. • Check-out is required by the time listed in your reservation to allow our cleaning team adequate time to prepare for incoming guests. • Late check-outs must be approved in advance. Security & Safety For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located outside the home and monitor entry points and outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules, occupancy requirements, and local ordinances.
