Enjoy two levels of spacious decks with beautiful year-round lake views and multiple outdoor seating areas. Spend your days boating, golfing, hiking, or exploring downtown Hiawassee, then return home to relax and watch the sunset over the water. Your peaceful lakeside getaway awaits! The space This spacious 2200sq ft. home boasts cathedral ceilings in the living room with floor to ceiling windows so you can take in that mountain and lake view! The living area has a wood burning fireplace that makes for a cozy setting in the winter months. The kitchen has all you need and then some for that chef in the family. Have your meals at the dining table that seats 8 or take your meals out on the expansive deck. Enjoy your favorite book in the private book nook/office. Master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk -in shower. Downstairs has another living area with big screen tv and mini fridge. 2nd bedroom is a queen room, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds., these rooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. There's also a twin sofa bed and a rollaway cot downstairs. Enjoy one of the 2 decks, the bottom level deck is complete with an outdoor shower. and a bed swing. Guest access The road going into the Neighborhood is a flat one lane road with pull offs. There is space for 2 cars directly in front of the house. Just past the house there is a vacant lot where a few more cars or a boat trailer can park. Other things to note Kitchen: coffee maker is a regular drip. toaster, blender, hand mixer, food processor, small George Forman grill, crock pot, tabletop griddle, stock pot, ice-cream maker, smores maker water kettle. Fire extinguisher under kitchen sink First aid kit in kitchen pantry. TV- smart TV-streaming TV. There is a ring doorbell at the front door. Wood burning fireplace, please bring your own firewood. (Please make sure damper is open before lighting fire.) 2 portable fans available Gas grill- we supply a propane tank and a spare. Puzzles and board games in red chest in living room.
