The property has a hot tub, smoker, outdoor grill, patio, firepit and patio furniture which the guest is welcome to use. Montgomery is the birthplace of the Lone Star Flag and is one of the oldest cities in the state of Texas. Historic downtown Montgomery is only 1.7 miles away and is a short distance from Sam Houston National Forest. Lake Conroe is 5 miles away. You can rent boats, jet skis and world class fishing, dine on the lake. Hiking and camping is available at Sam Houston National Forest. The city is easy to get around. All guest under the age of 18 should be supervised at all times when near the hot tub. There is a rail road that runs along the South side of the property so you may hear occasional train noise. However, they do not blow their horn and we do provide noise canceling devices in all of the bedrooms in case of light sleepers in your party.
