A valid ID is required at the time of booking. ✦ RESORT RULES ✦ ✓ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM ✓ Armbands are required to be worn while on property. ✓ Luggage carts are located by the elevators. ✓ Luggage carts are not allowed to be left within the units. ✓ Possession of illegal drugs, or use of fireworks will not be tolerated on property. ✓ Per Florida Statute, it is a felony to spit or throw any item off of a unit balcony or walkway. ✓ No towels are allowed to be hung from balcony railings. ✓ Climbing or leaning over railings are prohibited. ✦ PARKING ✦ ✓ A one-time parking and amenities fee of $55 per stay is required by the resort. A registration link will be sent prior to check-in. ✓ Display parking passes on the center mirror; unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. ✓ Vehicles in assigned or reserved spaces with a parking pass may be towed at the owner’s expense. ✓ Vehicles over 7’6” are not allowed in the Tower II garage, and those over 9’ are not allowed in the adjacent standalone garage. ✓ Trailers, detached campers, RVs, golf carts, and scooters are not allowed on the property. ✦ POOL ✦ ✓ Hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM ✓ No glass in the pool area, pool deck or grill area. ✓ No food or drink is allowed within the pools or hot tub. ✓ No food or drink is allowed to be placed on the pool coping or within 4’ of the pool. ✓ Swim diapers are required on small children. ✓ All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool and hot tub areas. ✦ FITNESS CENTER ✦ ✓ Hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM ✓ Operation of equipment is at your own risk. ✓ Do not enter Fitness Center with wet feet or wet clothing. ✓ No eating, drinking. ✓ Do not exercise alone. ✓ No one under the age of 18 may use the equipment. ∗ Grand Panama Beach Resort Owners Association or any affiliated entity is not responsible for injuries relating to use of equipment.. ∗ ∗ Starting supplies include toilet paper, hand soap, mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent.
