Just 8 minutes from Disney parks and 3 minutes from local pharmacies and Walmart, it ensures convenience is always at hand.(7462 Br dr) The space The property is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere for its visitors. It is conveniently located near well-known tourist attractions and Highway 192. The house is spread over two floors, detailed as follows: First Floor: Bedroom: king bed, Includes a private full bathroom, closet, and balcony. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, featuring a counter with 6 chairs, providing a pleasant dining area. Living Room: Boasts double-height ceilings, creating a spacious feel, with sofas and a chaise, a 55-inch TV, and an electric fireplace. Includes a half-bath. Laundry: Equipped with a washer and dryer. Balcony: A beautiful balcony with a barbecue grill and a table for 6. Second Floor: Three Suites: Each suite has a complete bathroom, TV, and closet. Two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. The master suite features a king bed, a work desk, and a large chaise for relaxation. This layout ensures that visitors can enjoy both comfort and luxury during their stay, with ample space and amenities to meet relaxation and entertainment needs. (7462 Brl dr) Guest access Magic Village offers an exclusive clubhouse experience featuring amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, fitness facilities, and more. Please note that the clubhouse is separate from the main condominium amenities. Should our valued guests wish to enjoy these offerings, a fee of $100.00 plus 6.5% tax per day per house is payable directly at the clubhouse front desk. Your comfort and enjoyment are our priority, and we want to ensure you have the option to enhance your stay with these additional amenities. The clubhouse has: pool Hottub tennis court volleyball court with beach sand fitness room recreation for children Other things to note 1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing. 2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows. 3. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. 4. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $75.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. ​ 5. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. 6. We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems. ​ 7. We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house. 8. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in. We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have an amazing vacation while you are in our listing. CAMERAS - Our houses have exterior cameras located at the front near the entrance door, on the sides, and at the back of the property, positioned beyond the pool screen and facing the outside area.
