The home is in a neighborhood in North Knoxville generally associated with the communities and business along N. Central Street & N Broadway called "Happy Holler". The City of Knoxville has also coined the intersection as the North Broadway Corridor. The area has changed much in the decades since and is currently experiencing a period of renewed growth and public interest. *Disclaimer: This property is near downtown, and there are homeless people that may be around the area. Like all vacation rentals, the property does have some quirks to be aware of before booking: Guests should note that the back yard is fenced in, but there are openings onto N Central Street in front of the house for cars that is not gated. Pets who like to wander, should remain leashed when outside. This home is located in a commercial area at the corner of "N Central & Woodland Ave" there will be possibility for noise from street traffic, or foot traffic from locals using the sidewalks along N Central street.
