Together you'll have 5 Bedrooms (2 primary bedrooms) and 4 Bathrooms plus plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Plus large kitchen and an office too! The large hot tub is easily accessible, situated in a private patio between the homes. Nearby trails and streets take you quickly to Canyon Road galleries, the downtown Plaza (less than a mile), the Capitol and Railroad districts. Smell the fresh mountain air and hear the Cathedral bells as you relax in the front or back portals. Ski Santa Fe is 16 miles away (only a mile to Hyde Park Road to access the ski area). Soak in the hot tub (located between each home) after a day of site seeing, skiing or hiking. These renovated homes are a sophisticated blend of contemporary and traditional Santa Fe. Gorgeous on Garcia features 2 bedrooms (one ensuite with the Primary bedroom) and 2 baths (one with a jacuzzi tub). The patio under the back portal looks onto a lovey garden. The galley kitchen is stocked with all you need. Case Kateri is even more luxurious with high ceilings, diamond plaster walls, and elegance throughout. It is a larger home with 3 bedrooms, an office (which can be used as an extra bedroom), and a very large and well-stocked kitchen. The Primary Bedroom offers HD TV and SONOS, gas Kiva fireplace, as well as en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms are large as well and access another large bathroom with walk-in shower. Note that each home has one guest room with two twin beds that can be easily made into a King bed for couples. In our living areas, gather round a traditional Kiva fireplace for intimate conversations. Or catch a movie or binge watch your favorite series with the large Samsung HD SmartTV with SONOS soundbar for the perfect watching experience. There are plenty of places to lounge and enjoy a good book or some down time. The office in the larger home features adjustable stand-up desk, large LG monitor, and printer just in case you need to do some work! There is also a desk and monitor in the smaller home too. The custom, traditional New Mexico table easily seats six, but expands to welcome up to 12! Or, feel free to enjoy dining outdoors at our patio tables. The homes are situated in a private compound in the Historic East Side of Santa Fe and while it is close to Canyon Road, the Capital, and the Plaza there is abundant open space and quiet. You can even hear the church bells from the St. Francis Cathedral. You will relax in the completely enclosed patios and gardens and will love the compound's open space. Refrigerated air-conditioning, state-of-the-art HD flat-screen televisions, Apple TV, Sonos sound and high speed wireless internet provide every modern convenience. After a day of skiing or hiking you'll love to take in the starry sky while you soak in the hot tub that sits conveniently between both homes. Both homes are on one level, no steps, and the Bath in the larger home has grip handles. Guests will have access to both homes and outside areas including front portals, back portal and gardens, and private hot tub patio. I've always loved this historical part of Santa Fe and so pleased to own this authentic, yet modern, adobe. My fun discovery has been the eastside trail system that winds behind the homes and provide nice shortcuts to upper Canyon Road (El Farol, Tea House, and Geronimos), lower Canyon Road, as well as the Plaza. I also love the quiet and privacy of the home - so close to everything yet a welcome and relaxing home away from it all.
