Beach Villa— cozy condo by Playa Azul, Luquillo

The Beach Villa is cozy condo located in the heart of Luquillo, in Playa Azul. You can walk over to a gold-sand beach to relax and swim, just outside the neighborhood you can find 60 family-owned kiosks selling food, drinks, and souvenirs, and it is just a short drive to the only tropical forest in the United States National Forest System, El Yunque. The space The condo is located on the first floor. You will enter through a furnished porch. The living room contains a smart TV and a sofa that extends out to a queen-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, dinnerware set, and all the utensils you could need. The bedroom also has a smart TV and a queen-size bed. Feel free to use the bedroom closet and dresser to place your belongings. You will also find an iron board, an iron, and hangers in the closet. There is a full bath located in the hallway. During your stay, you are provided with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, WiFi access, beach towels, beach cooler, and beach chairs. There are two new AC units, one in the bedroom and another in the common area. We only ask that the doors/windows be closed while they are on to help keep you cool and comfortable during your stay.
