Centrally located, in walking distance to pretty much anything you will need. There are many restaurants, shops and bars to explore! The bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably. As does the memory foam bed in the closet. Parking is a challenge in Long Beach. After 5pm parking will get increasingly more difficult. so please keep that in mind. The space There is a queen bed in main bedroom. Also there is a queen memory foam fold up mattress in the closet you can pull out for guests. I do not have an iron but there is a clothing steamer. Please remember to empty water after every use. The coffee maker is a 2 in one. When brewing a single cup press *brew now, and the. *single (directions in drawer below it) the water takes a few minutes to heat up. There is more amenities in the cabinets. Please check with in with me before watering the indoor plants. I may reach out to you to water them. The out door plants are on a drip system. The neighbors have cats and dogs. Please be kind to all the cats or dogs that come up to you. They are all very friendly. Other things to note ** PLEASE ADD PET FEE TO RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING** If traveling to the bungalow with your dog/ dogs please only bring them if they are well behaved and 100% potty trained.
