The space The Villa sits on a quarter acre plot of land designed for outdoor living. It has a large 30.000-gallon heated pool, 14 people dining and entertainment area, sunbeds, barbecue, children play area and even a place for those who want workout and stay in shape. The villa is 2.500 square foot with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can very comfortably host 14 adults and 1 toddler. There are 8 beds (6 queen size, 1 king size and a crib) - Bedroom 1 has 1 king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. - Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed and a makeup vanity set and can share the hallway bathroom with Bedroom 3. - Bedroom 3 has 1 queen size bed and a crib and can share the hallway bathroom with Bedroom 2. - Bedroom 4 has 2 queen size beds and can share the master bathroom with bedroom 5. - Bedroom 5 has 2 queen size beds a 65’ Samsung TV and can share the master bathroom with Bedroom 4. The main dining table has seating for 14. The living room has a 65’ Samsung TV and soundbar. The Office area has: - Dual monitors setup. Each monitor is 27’. - Docking station that allows you to just plug and play your laptop. - Logitech professional mouse and keyboard. - Printer - Ergonomic chair Guest access You can fit 4-5 cars in the driveway. Other things to note By booking our property you agree to following: - There are security cameras and an active noise monitoring devices monitoring the external perimeter of house. The noise monitoring does not record audio, only noise levels to prevent parties. There are no cameras inside the house. - There is no active lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and unsupervised kids are NOT allowed in the pool area. - Well trained pets older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $95/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Please add pets to guest count. Undisclosed pets will be fined $200/pet.
