Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas with a refreshing pool* and hot tub as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking (limited to 4 cars), complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer in the laundry. Other things to note Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. **All March reservations will require a $1500 security deposit** If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.
