Welcome home; Well, at least a home away from home! Our Coastal Quirky Boho style beach shack is across the road from Hawker beach and famous off leash dog beach. An easy 1k walk to Mount Martha village which has all your local grocery needs plus more and some hip cafes and restaurants. Need more...then jump in the car for a quick 5 minute drive to Mornington Central. An enviable location on the famous Esplanade where you can watch the world go by on the balcony. The space Private and fully self contained with your own private garden, trampoline, outdoor shower and laundry. The quaint and quirky beach shack boasts a cosy open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining room with windows looking out onto the Esplanade. There are 3 seperate bedrooms off the hallway, one with a king bed, another with a double bed and another with 2 sets of bunk beds. A bathroom off the kitchen with shower, bath and toilet and a secondary shower and toilet downstairs with laundry. Outdoor shower with huge front garden and lots of open space and don't forget the beautiful verandah perfect for watching the world go by. There is also WIFI and Netflix for your entertainment however you are among the beauty of Mount Martha. The popular Hawker Beach a short 4 minute walk and a 10 minute walk to the Village which includes cafes, restaurants a supermarket and chemist (among other things) so get out and explore what's at your finger tips.The self-contained Bungalow features: •.
