Basement apartment at Aunt Jane's Victorian Manor in the heart of the resort area of Put-in-Bay just steps from the Monument, the beach, the docks, and all the shops, clubs, restaurants and bars. Unit has two bedrooms and convertible living room, kitchen with dining area, and bath with tub/shower (LOW CEILING approx 5'10"). This is the smallest and lowest cost of the townhouse units, which can be combined for larger groups. We welcome birthday parties, family reunions and special events. The space Guests share the huge backyard with multiple grills and picnic tables, a play yard for the kids and plenty of room for corn-hole or frisbee. Please note the actual bed count as Airbnb's new "photo tour" bed count feature does not allow their site to accurately describe the set up and may be confusing. There are 4 full beds, 2 of which have a single bunk bed on top, and there are 2 convertible futons, for a total of eight separate beds. If your particular rental allows pets, you must take full responsibility and indemnify us from any liability, agree to reimburse for any and all damage, clean up all waste immediately, and not allow any disturbance including barking. Please note the yards are not completely fenced and there is a leash ordinance in the Village. You and your pet will both enjoy that DeRivera park downtown and the park surrounding the Monument are also dog-friendly, and just steps away from our rentals Guest access Pools and spas at the Sand Bar, Blue Marlin, Splash, and Mist swim-up bars are are within steps of the unit, but not on the Aunt Jane's property itself. Island visitors are generally welcome at these attractions during normal operational hours, subject to occupancy restrictions and occasional special events. Some may impose a small cover charge depending on date and demand. There is a free-admission pool and bar at the Bay Lodging Hotel, and a kid-friendly pool (no bar, small admission charge) at the Crew’s Nest downtown.
