Private Carmel Valley Retreat

In the rolling hills of Carmel Valley and hidden between famous vineyards, is our very private, rustic, relaxing country home. The home is perched on 20 acres of Oak trees and Lupine meadows overlooking the Cachagua Valley. Perfect for a family on holiday, weekend getaways, or as a romantic retreat. Use our cottage as a place to recharge or as a home base for exploring local Vineyards, Big Sur, Carmel-By-The-Sea, Monterey and Pebble Beach. Please note: The pool is solar heated only. Other things to note Please note - all 3 main bedrooms are located up a flight of stairs. The primary bedroom and suite (with King Bed and full bath) is accessed through a flight of stairs in the main house off the mushroom/kitchen, and the other two queen rooms are located in a separate cottage (but attached by covered walkway) also via a flight of stairs. There is a shared full hallway bath in the cottage. The 4th bedroom is small and directly off the kitchen in main house with a full sized pull out sofa. There is a small full bathroom off the main living area in the main house also near the kitchen. IF you have trouble with flights of stairs and climbing up/down stairs- this property is NOT for you and I do not recommend booking. The hot tub, main pool area and deck as well as firepit and other outdoor seating areas are ALL accessed down a flight of stairs. Only the main outdoor dining deck closer to the house/cottage is without a stairway.
