The home and plenty of parking including space for oversized vehicles and RVs. The metal shop to the left/rear of the property is not available for guest use. Other things to note Insects, critters, wildlife: Be aware that you may find insects in or around our property. We do have regular and effective pest control. This means, that if a bug makes its way inside the home via a window or door left open, it will die. So it is not uncommon to locate a dead insect from time to time. Living in a warm climate means that there are a myriad of insects on the land (mosquitoes, spiders, roaches, fire ants, etc.) as well as wildlife. From birds and bats to the occasional opossums, armadillo, spiny lizard, anole, skunk, fox, coyote and other creatures that wander the land. They are generally not in or near the home, but from time to time, there are sightings reported. Never approach wildlife.
