This is a spacious luxury 5-bedroom villa easily accommodating 10 guests situated in an enviable position Kalkan’s Kiziltas district offering stunning sea views. It is set over 4 floors and has contemporary and stylish décor throughout, and a large private pool, which can be heated in the cooler months of the year for an extra charge. With its large games room/gym it has plenty to entertain guests throughout the whole season and is ideal for large groups of friends or families. The space The last portion of the approach road to the villa is up a steep hill so consequently we recommend that guests have the use ıof a vehicle and / or are prepared to use the local taxi service Ground floor The villa is entered by descending a flight of external steps, that lead down from its private parking area. Once inside, you're greeted by a bright, double height living space with floor to ceiling glass doors that maximize your view of the pool terrace and beyond. Air conditioning and marble flooring keep the villa cool and comfortable, and there is free WiFi available for your online requirements. The kitchen area is bright and spacious, with a breakfast bar, and 4 stools. Well-equipped with the following appliances: Oven, Hob, Large fridge freezer, Microwave Oven, Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster, Water Dispenser. The dining area with table and chairs comfortably seats 12 guests. This leads onto the stylish lounge with two large sofas, one armchair with coffee table, and wall mounted large flat screen TV. Large, glazed doors lead out onto the impressive pool terrace and the superlative views beyond. A communal cloakroom and the  first of the five en-suite bedrooms are located on this floor. This bedroom has two single beds and a small furnished balcony. Lower Ground Floor The games room is located on the lower ground floor, and comes complete with a comfy sofa, snooker table, table tennis, darts, TV and gym equipment, ensuring that there is something for everyone whatever the time of day! A utility room with washing machine is located on this floor. First Floor Dedicated to the second and third bedrooms, a twin and a double, both of which have en-suite bathrooms, furnished sea view balconies and also overlook the living area’s atrium space through glass walls. Second Floor The fourth and fifth bedroom, both doubles, occupy this floor, and both benefit from having direct access to the villa’s roof terrace and its superlative sea views out across Kalkan Bay and beyond. Furnished with a comfortable seating group and sun loungers it provides an ideal location for some discreet sunbathing or sipping a sundowner whilst admiring one of Kalkan’s many awe-inspiring sunsets. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Twin en-suite bedroom with small furnished sea view balcony. On  ground floor and can be made up as a double. Bedroom 2: Double en-suite bedroom with furnished sea view balcony. Located on the first floor with gallery view of the living room through glass wall. Bedroom 3: Twin en-suite bedroom with furnished sea view balcony. Bedroom 5: Double en-suite bedroom. Located on the second floor with access to furnished roof terrace. Outdoors A short flight of steps leads down from the lounge to the huge terrace surrounding the large infinity pool. The spacious pool terrace has an infinity pool measuring 10 x 4m (1.55m deep) with shallow semi-circular seating section and integral jacuzzi, providing an ideal spot to relax and enjoy breath-taking views of the crystal-clear sea. Here there are eight sunbeds and two parasols around the pool as well as a comfortable seating group. The pool can also be heated in the cooler months of the season for an additional charge. Alongside the pool there is a large al-fresco dining area with adjacent stone-built barbeque with sink, where guests can enjoy meals under the shade of the pergola, whilst admiring the breath-taking panorama. For relaxation there is also an enormous roof terrace to watch the sun go down with cocktails. Other things to note The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy.
