Angled to maximize water views, your two-bedroom suite comfortably sleeps 6, and offers a full kitchen, two private baths, washer/dryer, fireplace and balcony. Enjoy resort amenities including an outdoor lap pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The space This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 915 square feet. You will enjoy a queen bed in the master bedroom, one queen or two twin beds in the guest bedroom and one Murphy bed in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, two private baths, a fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four. Resort parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. The parking garage has a height restriction of 6'6", and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. If reservation guest name needs to be changed, please contact via Airbnb message board or call Extra Holidays at phone:800-917-1591. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
