The space Our 3BR home, with hardwood floors throughout, has been recently updated. We have central A/C, cable and wifi, with two living areas (one with a pullout couch), a private office area, and two other work/reading nooks. Additionally, the house offers three outdoor living areas - a classic Saratoga porch, a lovely stone patio and a more private, shaded, back deck with a bbq. Guest access Guest will have access to the full house and yard, with exception of basement and garage. Both the race track and downtown are walking distance from the home. Other things to note 6 night minimum.
