Please note that the keys are securely stored at a nearby shop, which is the closest available key collection point to the property. You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage. If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability. Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.
