Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted. - The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted. The garage has low clearance and may not be able to accommodate larger trucks or SUV's. - This home has smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door area / driveway and the meadow off the back deck. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes.
