Living Room: - Large main living area - Flat screen TV - Vaulted ceilings - Opens to the back deck overlooking a creek Kitchen & Dining: - Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. - Dining table with seating for up to 6 - Kitchen island - Breakfast bar with seating for 2 Bedrooms & Bathrooms: - Primary bedroom: king suite with flatscreen TV, private fireplace and private deck - Bedroom #2: queen bed with en-suite bathroom - Bedroom #3: queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunk bed Outdoor Space: - Outdoor back deck overlooking green space and creek - Garage with parking for 2 cars Additional Amenities: - High-speed internet - Laundry with full size washer/dryer - Contactless check-in - Access to the NPOA Recreation Center Policies & Disclosures: - Renter is required to sign and agree to the Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals Rental Agreement. Please review the house rules for terms of the Rental Agreement. - Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies. - The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 6 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted. - The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted. The garage has low clearance and may not be able to accommodate larger trucks or SUV's. - This home has smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door area / driveway and the meadow off the back deck. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home. - Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit. - This residence does not have air conditioning. - Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm. - Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM - No pets - No smoking Placer County STR Permit # STR22-7405 Guest access You will have use of the entire residence.
