Apt 8: Mountains view and steps to the beach

This 2nd floor apartment was recently remodeled and newly furnished with playful decor. The Tropic Shores apartments are a quiet, lushly landscaped 18-unit complex and one of the finest properties in Carpinteria. Your apartment is located steps away from one of the nicest beaches in California. Step on the sand and you'll enter a quiet, uncrowded beach, where you can enjoy romantic walks or brisk runs down the sand. Other things to note Quiet time after 10:00 pm till 8:00 am.. No smoking of any kind on the property or around property. No parties. Only one pet allowed per apartment and ONLY after landlords approval, please describe your pet. There is a pet fee of $70 plus tax per stay. Also, we don't allow aggressive dog breeds on our property due to safety of our guests & children, and another dogs. Landlords at all times reside on the property as well for the better assistance to our guests.
