Welcome to our modern countryside cabin located on a 2 acre lot in Wakefield, Quebec. Come relax and recharge for a few days while taking advantage of nature and the cozy interior with fireplace. There is plenty to do nearby: discover the Wakefield village, its restaurants, boutiques, farms, the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, Eco-Odyssee, the nearby golf courses and ski hills, etc. (CITQ Permit #298430. We pay all Sales and Income taxes to the prov/fed governments). The space Bienvenue / Welcome! We are excited to share our cabin with you. We hope you like it as much as we do. ***Please note that the cottage can only accommodate up to 4 people. The price is based on 2 people occupancy. Up to 2 additional guests can be added to the reservation with a fee of 50$ per guest per night*** The cabin is less than a 10 minute drive from the Wakefield village. It is located in a quiet area; great for unwinding and relaxing. Ideally suited for 2, the cabin can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will surely enjoy the large floor-to-ceiling windows (10 feet) throughout the kitchen and living room. It gives the impression of actually being outside in nature! Say hello to deers, wild turkeys, several bird species, etc. The kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook. There is also a variety of coffee gear (Hario V60 pour-over, french press/Bodum, and manual grinder). You are welcome to use our outdoor 110v outlet to charge your EV. Unfortunately we do not have a level 2 charger at this time. Guest access -All except home the unfinished basement. -BBQ -Fast fiber optic WiFi -Cell reception is good. -We have no TV. -Guests do not have access to Wakefield sur le Golf trails, nor water front. Other things to note Take advantage of the wood burning fireplace (Stuv Compact 30) but please make sure to read the fireplace instructions before using the fireplace.
