The apartment is located in the main house of Melinenburg. The parking lot for the apartment is 20 meters away on the property, so you can easily load and unload your luggage. You will receive the disinfected key from us personally or in a key safe at the entrance. Our open-plan apartment with living, sleeping, dining and cooking area is located on the ground floor. The underfloor heating installed in the apartment has a cooling function that ensures pleasant temperatures even in summer. Sleeping: The sleeping area is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm box spring bed and two bedside tables with a socket and USB charging option. Living. The living area invites you to linger with a corner sofa and an armchair. The corner sofa can be converted into a bed for one adult or two smaller children. The satellite TV is visible from the living area and also from the sleeping area. The TV can also be used as a monitor. Working: In the living area there is a small workplace with a desk lamp. Cooking: The cooking area has everything you need for a short stay. As a starter kit, we provide coffee pads, tea bags in different flavors, salt, pepper and sugar, as well as a bottle of mineral water. In addition to a toaster, coffee maker and egg cooker for a relaxed breakfast, there is also an oven with grill function for snacks in between and an easy-to-use dishwasher for washing up. You can store your supplies in our 84-liter fridge with freezer. Dining: Opposite the cooking area we have placed a dining table with two comfortable chairs. Shopping: Within a radius of about 1 km there are several gas stations, various supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Lidl), bakeries and other shopping facilities. There is also a bistro on the neighboring property where you can get fresh rolls from Monday to Friday. From us to the city: The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by car or public transport. You can also reach the old town in about 20 minutes via bike paths through Abtnaundorfer Park and Mariannenpark. Porsche factory, as well as airport and DHL can be reached in 15 minutes. The BMW plant and the Leipzig trade fair are only 5 km away and can be reached by bike and car in a few minutes. Leisure: Within walking distance there is a quarry lake, outdoor pool and indoor pool. The Parthe-Mulde bike path leads nearby through the Abtnaundorfer Park and offers a good entry into the bike path network of Northern Saxony to the Neuseenland. We also ask that you do not leave the animal on upholstery or bed. A dog bowl is in the apartment. For the dog we charge a surcharge of 10 euros per night. Guest tax: Since 01 April 1, 2023, the city of Leipzig has levied an accommodation tax of 5% on the gross overnight price. The tax is not included in the booking price of the booking portal and is also to be paid by the guest and will be paid by us to the city. After your booking, you will receive an invoice from us for the travel price agreed in your portal, plus the applicable guest tax.
