Guest access Along with full access to the condo, guests will have 2 assigned off-street parking spaces use of the pool, docks for fishing and water sports, and grills in the common areas. The neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything with a mix of vacationers and year-round residents living in the building and area. ACCESSIBILITY - we are located on the first floor above ground with one set of interior stairs leading to the unit. NO elevator onsite. Other things to note One small dog (30 lbs are less) is allowed and must be pre-approved prior to completing a reservation. A $200 deposit is required with $100 refunded upon inspection of the unit that no damage or excessive cleaning occurred. You must be 25 years old to rent and provide a government ID confirming the name on the reservation matches the ID upon booking. An adult 25 years or older must be on the premises at all times with other guests. Golf carts may be parked in one of the assigned parking space for a total of TWO vehicles. There is no charging golf carts or electric vehicles on the premises. Any fines assessed by the HOA in violation of these rules will be the responsibility of guests.
