Thank you.)   Enjoy beautiful views of the pond at Plumas Pines Golf Resort, along with amazing vistas of the 3rd and 8th greens, mountain wildlife and spectacular Sierra sunsets.  70 Ponderosa (Peace on the Pond) features wonderful finishes, décor and bedding.  The well-stocked, modern kitchen comes appointed with newer cabinets, appliances and counter tops.    You`ll find welcoming touches of local history and art in this immaculate and restful home; it will be everything you are looking for in a vacation and rental! Come and experience "Peace on the Pond," you`ll see why our guests return year after year!     Guest access Guests will have use of the entire home, the deck, the property and the garage. When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home! This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season) Other things to note You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.3 night minimum during holidays.  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year. -
