This beachy two-bedroom apartment shares a pool with the three other units and offers a perfect location right by the beach. Soak up the sun during a romantic getaway, a trip with kids, or a fun time with friends. The space The Space: You will feel right at home when you arrive at this tastefully decorated unit with bright and modern furnishings. Just inside the front door, the main living space is comprised of a living room, dining area and open kitchen, allowing for socializing and connecting at any time of day. The comfortable seating area is furnished with a couch, chairs and TV, with large windows to let in the natural light when you wish. The upscale dining area has a large table that seats six and is surrounded by windows that invite in views of palm trees and blue sky. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and extra seating on barstools at the counter. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a mounted TV. It also has a walk-in closet and a stylish ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 comfortable queen beds and a mounted TV. It also has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) with a frameless shower. With access to a shared pool and short distance to the beach, this is the perfect home base for your South Florida vacation! This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
