Lovely home on a huge acre lot 1.5 miles from the sports complex and 2 houses from the Rock Island bike trail. Come stay at our house and bike or walk to the games. Dogs welcome and will be in love with our huge back yard. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds. Large open attic space with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Just bring your suitcases! Also great place to work from home. GoogleFiber provided and a work station. Must be 25 to rent. The space The attic is a great space for the kids! One end has two queen size beds, a little loveseat and a second TV. The other end has 2 twin beds. The backyard is like a park! We have an acre of land that is surrounded by trees. So much fun to run the dogs in or play Frisbee. A few deer can be seen almost every night along with the lightning bugs in season. Guest access Access from the trail is wonderful. Head one way to get to the stadium and the other direction to get to some of our favorite places including Breakfast and Lunch Lovers' for breakfast, and Crane Brewing along with the food trucks outside in the evenings. Truly a great place to access the town! Other things to note Dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee.
