The space Enjoy a private, wooded setting in the quiet Devils Den community. In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee out on the deck while observing the sights and sounds of the forest. Hideaway Homestead offers 3 bedrooms. The main floor bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and full bathroom with shower/tub combo, the master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed, a large flatscreen TV, and full bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed, along with a full bathroom. Also downstairs guests can enjoy a round of pool by the fireplace! There is also a lower level deck. Hideaway Homestead, located between Boone and Banner Elk, is the perfect destination for year-round trips to the High Country. Be it a summer trip to escape the heat, a fall trip to admire the beautiful autumn foliage, or a winter trip to hit the slopes... this home offers the PERFECT location! Additional Notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. - Parking space for up to 3 vehicles. Rules • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home allows up to 4 mature dogs that weigh 25lbs or less due to the pine wood floors (no exceptions). Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
