The space Indoor Facilities The ground floor welcomes guests with a bright living area featuring a comfortable sofa and a 55’’ Smart TV, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A second kitchen with a traditional wood oven and washer-dryer adds extra convenience. The bedroom on this level includes a queen-size bed, a sofa bed for an additional guest, and an ensuite bathroom. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available. Upstairs, the villa offers two spacious bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and Smart TVs. One bedroom with a sofa bed opens onto a balcony with a relaxing sitting area, while the other features a private balcony with a dining space, perfect for enjoying meals or morning coffee. A separate bedroom next to the pool includes a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, providing additional privacy and comfort. Outdoor Facilities Outdoors, the villa includes a private 40 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers, a shaded lounge, a barbecue corner with electric and charcoal grills, a mini fridge, and a dining area, perfect for enjoying a lovely evening! *Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 5 days' advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival.
