The Rockstar Ridge is a spacious 3300 sq ft retreat in the serene & scenic Wintergreen Resort area - just a 6 minute drive to the slopes. This inviting cabin has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, & sleeps 12. Amenities include 2 wood-burning fireplaces, hot tub, gazebo, pool table, foosball, arcade game, gas grill, Victrola with albums, CDs, cassettes, washer & dryer, plus 3 decks with Polywood furniture & stunning mountain views. Relax & unwind as you enjoy the peaceful surroundings & mountain air. The space Conveniently located, the Rockstar Ridge offers easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking, golfing, fishing, and swimming in the seasonal community pool, just 1 mile from our home. It is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. For those seeking local experiences, nearby breweries, cideries, wineries, and orchards are just a short drive away. Coffee lovers will appreciate the combination drip coffee maker and Keurig, with a starter pack of K-cups provided. Feel free to bring your favorite coffee or K-cups to enjoy. Salt, pepper, and other spices are also available. We provide sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash bags as part of a “starter kit.” We recommend bringing additional items suited to your stay and personal preferences. For your comfort, Rockstar Ridge features a brand-new 2-zone HVAC system with central heating and air conditioning. A brand-new propane grill is available on the middle deck for guest use. Please note that daily housekeeping is not provided to ensure your privacy during your stay. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature or seeking outdoor adventures, Rockstar Ridge has something for everyone! Guest access The address, door code, and other essential info will be sent to your phone 48 hours prior to your check in date. You will get the entire cabin to yourself. You can park right in front of the cabin (max 4 vehicles – no RVs, campers or trailers). The roads are paved, narrow, windy, and with some inclines. In winter, a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Security: For the safety and security of the owner and guests, there is one security camera that automatically records audio and video at the outside entrance of the cabin. Other things to note Check in: Any time after 4pm EST. Check out: 10am EST. No early check-ins or late check-outs. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins and late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. If you depart late there will be a $50 charge for every 15 minutes past 10am EST. We would also like to remind you of the House Rules: • ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21+ (children with parents are allowed). • Maximum occupancy is 12 humans, and they all must be part of your reservation - no extra guests visiting is allowed. • NO SMOKING - Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) is NOT allowed. You will be charged $250 plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. • NO PETS - You will be charged $250 plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. • NO PARTIES - Any more than 12 people in the house at any time is considered a party. • We do ask that you respect our neighbors and our house rules regarding quiet time in the front yard and backyard from 10pm - 7am. • The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Please read the hot tub warnings and use at your own risk! • You will be asked to leave - without a refund - if you violate any of the above rules. • There is no daily housekeeping service. • Please keep all doors locked when you leave during the day or night. • Regarding the community pool access: From Memorial Day until Labor Day, there is a pool 1 mile from our home that our guests can use. They allow a maximum of 6 people per home. That would be the person that booked our home, plus 5 more. The booker will have to show their ID to enter. • This is our vacation home and we are honored to share it with you. We truly hope you enjoy your stay at the Rockstar Ridge!!!
