This beautifully presented holiday home is ideally located only minutes walk away from Mount Hawthorn’s famous cafes, pubs and restaurants. The space With several separate living areas as well as a detached guest suite with its own kitchenette, this is the perfect place for a group travelling together. Your family will love all the space at this renovated house within the best spot of Mount Hawthorn. Situated on top of the hill, upon entering the home you are greeted by the main family lounge room with original floorboards, comfortable lounge suite with armchairs, coffee tables, floor rug and mounted TV. Sliding glass windows from here lead out onto the veranda with table and chairs, perfect for sunset drinks or a quiet morning coffee. The second sitting area is located off the kitchen with additional seating, floor rug and coffee table and floor lamp. The large kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee pod machine, 6 burner gas stovetop, De Longhi oven, LG microwave and pantry. The dining table off the kitchen has seating for 8. The mounted TV can be viewed from this open plan sitting area, dining table and kitchen. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. The ensuite has a shower, dingle vanity sink and toilet. Sliding glass doors from this room lead out onto the backyard area. The Second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. The Third bedroom has a bunk bed and bedside table with lovely coastal colourings amongst the original wooden floorboards. Outside the main house is the separate Guest Suite, which is perfect as an additional master bedroom. It has a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, aircon and its own private kitchenette with mini bar fridge, full size oven and stovetop, double sink, kettle, toaster and microwave. Inside it has a glass dining table for 2 and on the outside is an additional spot for seating in the sunshine. The main bathroom has a bath tub, separate shower and single vanity sink. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied in each bathroom. Fragrances selected from various parts of Australia, providing guests a truly Australian experience. The undercover patio area has a glass table with seating for 8 and a BBQ in front of the garden area with lovely solar lights for the evenings. The laundry has a front loader washing machine, separate dryer and sink. The large driveway fits 3 cars as well as the undercover garage for 1 small car. Please note there is a $100 pet fee applicable with this property. Guest access You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
