New 2 bedroom house with garden and shared pool

Casa Amendoeira is a modern semi-detached house, in a cozy and quiet location just outside Moncarapacho, within walking distance of the village with all facilities. It has a bright living room with kitchenette and 2 bed- and bathrooms. It has a nice garden with 2 terraces, own parking space and use of our pool. The house has everything you need for a great, relaxing holiday, the kitchenette is very well equipped and there is airco in all rooms. Feel welcome! The space Casa Amendoeira is a newly built, semi-detached house, in a cozy and quiet location just outside Moncarapacho, within walking distance of the village with all facilities. The house is semi-detached (it is attached to our house where we live with our two children), modern and has its own entrance and its own large garden with two terraces and privacy. You enter the house into the cozy living room with kitchenette. There is a lounge area with sofa, armchair and large TV and a dining area. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all modern conveniences, induction hob, microwave, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. From the living room you have access to the garden and the two lovely terraces, where you can spend relaxing hours. The two bedrooms are spacious and bright, one bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other spacious bedroom has a double bed, nice and large of 1.80-2.00m. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and access to the garden with sliding doors. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. The house has air conditioning for cooling and heating in the living room and the two bedrooms, so it is very pleasant all year round. There are also electric shutters for sun protection or to sleep peacefully in the dark at night. The house is suitable for 4 guests (+ infant). Around the house is a garden with a nice lawn and on our large plot of almost 1 hectare are several typical trees of the region, such as almond trees (after which the house is named), olive trees, fig trees and carob trees. New fruit trees have been planted, such as orange, lemon and tangerines, so hopefully we will be able to pick a lot of fruit from our own trees soon. From the driveway to the house you can already enjoy the beautiful sea view from our plot and of course you are welcome to take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool of 5 x 10 m, which you share with us. The pool has easy stairs that lead you in to the water and the deepness goes steady from 1.30 m till 1.80 m. After a refreshing dip in the pool, you can relax on a lounger on the deck around the pool or on the fine lawn and enjoy the beautiful view or you can relax in privacy in your own garden. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday, but even if you need to work, don´t worry, we have fast fiber internet. We give you all the space you need to enjoy a great holiday and are there for you when you need us. We also make sure that our crazy dog will not get in your way. It is always handy to have a car in the rural area where we live, you are quickly in Fuseta or Olhão (where the nearest beaches are). Faro airport is also only half an hour away. Many other nice places can be reached within 20 minutes, such as Tavira or São Brás de Alportel. But the big advantage of Casa Amendoeira is that you are within walking distance of Moncarapacho, it is only a short walk to supermarkets or nice restaurants, so you can safely leave the car behind. Other things to note Baby travel cot and high chair available for free on request. In the winter we have special prices for long stays, just ask!
