This cottage on the quiet side of Songo Pond rents weekly, Friday-Friday in mid summer and nightly in spring and fall. Four bedrooms and two baths. This is a waterfront cottage on Songo Pond near Bethel. Four bedrooms and two baths. Kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped. Three season porch adds seating and you can even sleep there on the day bed or just take a nap. This cottage is a great spot to spend your summer days in Maine. Right on the pond so you can spend your day lounging in the water. The lawn makes a great spot for everyone to gather for a cookout. On the main floor there is the washer and dryer one full bath, kitchen, dining, living area and one bedroom. Also the three season porch. On the second level there is bedroom two which has a king size bed and a sitting area. Bedroom three has a set of bunks, Bedroom four has two single beds and a full size bed. Also on the second level there is a full bath with a jet tub. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. Guests have access to the entire property for their stay. The only exception would be if an owner has a locked closet or space for their personal items. While we will not be at the property physically unless need by a guest, we are only a phone call or message away! We want to give our guests the privacy and space they are looking for on vacation while offering help or answering questions. We are available 24 hrs a day for assistance. Our properties are all in suburban areas and often in subdivisions. We love the privacy and nature nearby and also respect our neighbors. Our neighborhoods do have quiet hours between 10pm and 8am for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests and residents. Personal transportation is a must in our area. In the winter there is a free public bus, The Mountain Explorer, offering transportation between Sunday River Resort and some local businesses. There are a few ride share options in the area but are not consistent at this point and should be counted on for transportation. In the winter 4wheel or all wheel drive is very strongly recommended. Although all roads and driveways are maintained and plowed we are in the great mountains after all! We host several properties in the greater Sunday River, Newry, Bethel, Greenwood, Woodstock area. We offer a range of private single homes to slope side condos and townhomes.
