The space OVERVIEW Situated amongst towering hardwoods and majestic pines, Bent Tree, is a stunning luxury retreat for those who seek peaceful comfort! Designed with a fully appointed kitchen, 3 bedrooms, each including a King bed and spacious walk-in closets, 2 full bathrooms, as well as a hand-crafted built-in floating bunk bed (twin x2), custom designed stow-away trundle bed (full), along with a sofa bed (queen) – this rustic haven comfortably sleeps 12. For those seeking to connect with nature OR the best in outdoor living, Bent Tree also offers 2 outdoor decks. Red-cockaded Woodpeckers (the last known in Oklahoma) have often been sighted from the peaceful serenity of the front deck, while White-tailed Deer often graze in the grass not far from the rear deck. The rear deck also features a custom designed wood-burning fireplace, Professional Lux Blaze grill, and built-in fridge + freezer, as well as a covered entertainment area complete with outdoor furniture, flat-screen TV, built-in fire pit, and hot tub. Just off the main (rear) deck is a fire pit complete with Adirondack chairs and plenty of room for everyone to gather, roast s’mores, and enjoy the natural beauty of the forest. With a full complement of available outdoor activities, including: corn hole, hookey, ladder golf, and more… there are a limitless number of things to do and see without ever leaving the cabin. That said, if adventure is what you seek, Bent Tree sits on The Grove's 25-acres and provides plenty of room for any and all outdoor toys – boats, side-by-sides, ATVs, etc. No matter the objective – comfort, peace, luxury, adventure, connection OR disconnection… Bent Tree has whatever you seek! SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS The cabin features 3 king beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 full trundle, and 2 twin bunk beds. It has 2 baths and comfortably sleeps 12 guests in beds. All bedrooms have private or semi-private bathrooms and all beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses. ABOUT THE PROPERTY The cabin is well positioned on 25-acres of heavily wooded private land just East of Hwy 259 - 10 minutes North of Hochatown. There are plenty of activities and amenities to hold your attention on-site, while also conveniently located to Hochatown’s most sought-after amenities. HELPFUL TIPS FOR YOUR STAY • Rain gear and/or light jacket (Avg rainfall is 55-60″ each year) • Good hiking boots - we have beautiful scenic trails • Water shoes for our vast shorelines, rivers, creeks, and streams • Insect repellent, sun block, and other first-aid supplies • Coffee and filters – enjoy a nice cup while sitting on the deck in the early morning • Condiments A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
