Other things to note The apartment is above a restaurant and cocktail lounge which closes at 10pm. Some noise may be heard from patrons. Dive Bar, in the basement level of the building, is open late. A sustainable short-term rental choice, the apartment is in a charming downtown commercial district and shares a building with two other apartments as well as the restaurant/lounge and bar. Ashby-Randall and Shepherdess, another one of our listings, have entry doors on the same level of the deck and could be a nice opportunity if more than one unit is needed for guests. **Despite plenty of sound proofing, sometimes goings-on from Dive and Port can be heard in this apartment on particularly boisterous evenings.
